Celia has been the driving force, co-ordinator and visionary behind the Zig Zag Festival held in Kalamunda each year. Celia has been involved with the Festival since 2004. She takes on the mammoth task of organising the Festival each year and does the work on a voluntary basis. She is truly a tireless champion for the local community, the creative arts and a very worthy Local Hero.
