The City of Kalamunda is seeking comment on proposed Local Planning Scheme No.3 - Scheme Amendment 97, which proposes to change the zoning of lot 7 (41) Marion Way, Gooseberry Hill from ‘Residential – R5’ to ‘Special Use’ (Aged and Dependant Persons Dwellings)
