Adoption for Public Advertising
At the Ordinary Council Meeting (OCM) held 27 August 2019, Council resolved to:
“That Council ADOPT draft Local Planning Policy 25 – Interim Development Contribution Arrangements for the purpose of public advertising for a period not less than 21 days via the following methods:
Notice on the City’s website and social media platform;
Local newspaper advertisement;
A notice sent to landowners within the draft Development Contribution Arrangement for Maddington Kenwick Strategic Employment Area; and
Display of documents at the Administration Centre.”
The Local Planning Policy No. 25: Interim Development Contributions (LPP25) seeks to guide the preparation of Interim Development Contribution Arrangements (IDCA) within the City of Kalamunda. IDCAs are created to provide landowners with the flexibility of proceeding with subdivision and/or development prior to the finalisation of a Development Contribution Area (DCA).
Documents are available for consideration via the document library.
Alternatively, the documentation can be viewed at the City of Kalamunda Administration Centre located at 2 Railway Road, Kalamunda during office during business hours.
