Draft Local Planning Policy P-DEV 43 - Residential Design

Council at its Ordinary Meeting held on 26 March 2019 resolved to adopt the P-DEV 43 – Residential Design for the purpose of advertising.

The policy has been prepared to provide incentives for proponents to incorporate high quality design features, as well as streamlining the assessment process by exempting the requirements for planning approval for minor residential development.
