Local Planning Scheme Amendment Available for Inspection

Standard Amendment

The City of Kalamunda has initiated the above Local Planning Scheme No. 3 Amendment No. 99 for the purpose of:

  • Recoding the northern portion of Lot 50 Lawnbrook Road, Walliston from Residential with a density code of R2.5 to R5;
  • Rezone a central portion of Lot 50 Lawnbrook Road, Wallistion from Local Open Space to Residential, with a R5 density code; and
  • Rezone a portion of Lot 50 Lawnbrook Road, Walliston from Special Rural to Local Open Space.
