The City of Kalamunda initiated Local Planning Scheme No. 3 (LPS 3) Amendment 110 (A110) for the purposes of public advertising.
A110 proposes to extend the expiry date of Development Contribution Area 1 (DCA1) - which operates over the Forrestfield / High Wycombe Industrial Area Stage 1 - from 10 May 2023 to 10 May 2028, extending the existing 10-year operational period by a further five years (to a total operational period of 15 years).
Associated documentation to the proposed amendment can be found via document library.
Alternatively, the proposed amendment can also be viewed at the City of Kalamunda Administration, 2 Railway Road, Kalamunda during business hours; and
