The City of Kalamunda has received a development application for a Childcare Premises, Medical Centre, Consulting Rooms and Shops at Lot 193 (318) & Lot 194 (310) Hale Road, Wattle Grove WA 6107
The application is being assessed by the City and will be determined by the Metro Outer Joint Development Assessment Panel (JDAP).
The application is being advertised to you for your comments in accordance with the requirements of Schedule 2, Clause 64 of the Planning and Development (Local Planning Schemes) Regulations 2015.
