P-DEV 63: Consulting Rooms in Residential Areas

Council at its Ordinary Meeting, held 30 of April 2019, resolved to adopt ‘P-DEV 63 Consulting Rooms in Residential Areas’ for the purpose of public advertising.

The policy has been prepared to ensure consulting rooms in areas zoned ‘Residential’ maintain the amenity and character of the area, while providing an opportunity for the development of small businesses which service local communities within the City of Kalamunda.
