P-DEV 66: Development Contribution Area Local Planning Policy

Council at its Ordinary Meeting, held on 28 of May 2019, resolved to adopt ‘P-DEV 66 Development Contribution Area’ for the purpose of public advertising.

The Policy will establish a concise and documented procedure for the establishment, operation and review of Development Contribution Areas (DCAs) to provide for the consistent management of DCAs by the City.

Documents are available for consideration via the document library.

Alternatively, the documentation can be viewed at the City of Kalamunda Administration Centre located at 2 Railway Road, Kalamunda during office during business hours.
