Thank you for taking part in our 2021 Plants for Residents program!

This year, we gave away more than 13,000 plants across five hours! To help us plan for an even better event next year, we'd love to get your feedback, suggestions and any recommendations.

Everyone who submits feedback has a chance to win this awesome 'garden' pack!

Comments close 5pm, Monday 7 June 2021.

Our 2021 prize pack winner will be notified* by 11am, Wednesday 9 June 2021.

Background

The Plants for Residents event is held annually and provides free plants to City of Kalamunda residents to support the establishment of natural habitat in backyards and verges across the City and improve our urban canopy.

Last year, due to health advice at the time, there were restrictions on gatherings, events and face-to-face customer service. As a result, the City’s 2020 Plants for Residents initiative was delivered in an alternative format, focusing on being an online and contactless service. This year, we re-introduced picking and packing your own plants.
