The City of Kalamunda has initiated Amendment 116 to the City’s Local Planning Scheme No. 3 (LPS3) for the purposes of public advertising.

The Scheme Amendment proposes to amend LPS3 to modify the existing density coding from ‘Residential – R15’ to ‘Residential – R40’ for Lots 1, 2, 47, 48, 100 (eastern portion), 105, and 106 Reynolds Road, Forrestfield.

Documents detailing the application are available online at Kalamunda.wa.gov.au and in person at the City of Kalamunda Administration Centre (No. 2 Railway Road, Kalamunda) during business hours.
