To improve safety and amenity for road users and local residents, the City of Kalamunda is proposing to upgrade the dead end on Tanner Road, Carmel to a cul-de-sac.
The City has developed three potential designs for the cul-de-sac for community consideration, each with varying requirements regarding vegetation clearing, service relocation and more.
