The application for the Proposed Excision of Portion of Reserve 29873 to Facilitate Lease: Lot 549 (39) Sanderson Road, Lesmurdie has been withdrawn by the applicant and will no longer be going ahead. To confirm, the withdrawal means it is no longer proposed that portion of Reserve 29873 (Barrie Oldfield Park) be used for a nature-based outdoor play area associated with the proposed Child Care Premises at Lot 69 (35) Sanderson Road, Lesmurdie.

Proposed Excision of Portion of Reserve 29873 to Facilitate Lease: Barrie Oldfield Park, Lot 549 (39) Sanderson Road, Lesmurdie

The City of Kalamunda has received an application to excise a 475.36 sqm portion of Reserve 29873 to create a new reserve and facilitate a proposed lease.

The applicant proposes to lease the new reserve for a nature-based outdoor play area associated with a proposed Child Care Premises at Lot 69 (35) Sanderson Road, Lesmurdie. The proposed Child Care Premises is the subject of a separate development application process.
