The City invites public comment on the proposed permanent closure of portion of Masonmill Road, Carmel, and the excision and dedication of portion of Reserve 10601. The Road Reserve is proposed to be amalgamated with Lot 1107 (No. 40) Masonmill Road, Carmel. The proposed road closure and road dedication is required to realign the road reserve to match the road as constructed.
A plan depicting the location of the portion of road reserve proposed to be closed and the portion of Reserve 10601 proposed to be excised and dedicated can be viewed below. Alternatively, the documentation can be viewed at the City of Kalamunda Administration, 2 Railway Road, Kalamunda during business hours.
