• Proposed Dedication of Land Required for Roe Highway/Kalamunda Road Interchange Project

  The City invites public comment on the proposed dedication of a number of parcels of land as road for the purpose of the upgrade of the Roe Highway and Kalamunda Road intersection.

  The land proposed to be dedicated is comprised of portions of Lot 726 (15) Edney Road, High Wycombe; Lot 13 (431) Kalamunda Road, High Wycombe; Lot 3 (96) Maida Vale Road, Maida Vale; Reserve 41480; Lot 800 (350) Kalamunda Road, Maida Vale; and Reserve 32560.

  Plans depicting the location of the parcels of land proposed to be dedicated as road can be viewed below:

  • Portion: Lot 726 (15) Edney Road, High Wycombe;
  • Portion: Lot 13 (431) Kalamunda Road, High Wycombe
  • Portion: Lot 3 (96) Maida Vale Road, Maida Vale
  • Portion: Reserve 41480
  • Portion: Lot 800 (350) Kalamunda Road, Maida Vale
  • Portion: Reserve 32560
