Planning and Development (Local Planning Schemes) Regulations 2015
The City of Kalamunda has received a development application at Use Not Listed (Unhosted Holiday House) – Lot 20 (No. 2) Trafalgar Road, Lesmurdie WA 6076 (DA24/0518).
The proposal seeks to use the existing dwelling as a short-term unhosted holiday house.
An Operational Management Plan (OMP) is required to address the following: occupant code of conduct, noise mitigation measures, and parking. The OMP submitted with the application addresses the aforementioned requirements.
A copy of the Operational Management Plan is available for viewing in the Document Library.
In accordance with Clause 64 of the Planning and Development (Local Planning Schemes) Regulations 2015 the application is being advertised for public comment. Should you wish to make a submission on the proposal please lodge your submission using the below online form.
