Planning and Development (Local Planning Schemes) Regulations 2015
The City of Kalamunda has received a development application for a DA24/0306 Use Not Listed (Unhosted Holiday House) Lot 901 (15A) Strathearn Road, Forrestfield.
The proposal seeks to use the existing dwelling as a short-term unhosted holiday house. An Operational Management Plan (OMP) is required to address the following: occupant code of conduct, noise mitigation measures, and a parking plan. The OMP submitted with the application addresses the requirements and is available for viewing on the City’s website.
In accordance with Clause 64 of the Planning and Development (Local Planning Schemes) Regulations 2015 the application is being advertised for public comment. Should you wish to make a submission on the proposal please lodge your submission using the below online form.
A copy of the Operational Management Plan is available for viewing in our document library and a hard copy is available at the City’s libraries.
