Wattle Grove (South) Urban Precinct – Metropolitan Region Scheme Amendment 1388/57
The City is seeking community views about the future vision for Wattle Grove South.
In late 2024, the Western Australian Planning Commission (WAPC) asked for public comments on a plan to change the zoning of land in Wattle Grove South from 'Rural' to 'Urban'. This plan, called the Metropolitan Region Scheme (MRS), guides land use in Perth.
The City of Kalamunda advises on this plan, but the final decision is made by the Minister and the WAPC. To make good recommendations, the City needs to know what the community thinks.
