The City of Kalamunda has received a development application for two (2) Warehouses and two (2) Incidental Offices at the above-mentioned property.
Please be advised the City is not the determining authority, and the application will be determined by the Outer Metropolitan Joint Development Assessment Panel.(External link) The City is required to prepare a Responsible Authority Report (RAR) that provides a comprehensive assessment of the application and a recommendation to the Panel.
All associated documentation to the proposal can be found via document library. Alternatively, the proposal can also be viewed at the City of Kalamunda Administration, 2 Railway Road, Kalamunda during office hours.
