The City of Kalamunda has received a development application for the proposed Change of Use (Unhosted Holiday House) at Lot 180 (26) Marri Crescent, Lesmurdie WA 6076.

The accommodation will be for a maximum of six (6) adults or a family at any one time. Check-in will aim to be achieved between 3-8pm and check-out before 10am. The accommodation will have a minimum 3-night stay with a maximum 3 month stay.

The application is being assessed and will be determined by the City of Kalamunda.

The application is being advertised to you for your comments in accordance with the requirements of Schedule 2, Clause 64 of the Planning and Development (Local Planning Schemes) Regulations 2015.
