At the Ordinary Council Meeting (OCM) held 28 February 2023, Council resolved to:
ADOPT for the purpose of public advertising for a period of at least 28 days, the proposed Infrastructure Cost Sharing Arrangement Report (Attachment 1) and reviewed rate of $21,639 per dwelling yield.
REQUEST the Chief Executive Officer advise the affected landowners of the review.
The review takes into account infrastructure items, land acquisition, remaining landholdings and operational expenditure to calculate a new Infrastructure Cost Sharing Arrangement Rate for the Wattle Grove Cell 9 area.
The current rate is $22,275 per dwelling yield and is proposed to decrease to $21,639 per dwelling yield. To understand how the rate was calculated, please read the Infrastructure Cost Sharing Arrangement Report located in the documents section.
