Notice of Development Proposal for Lot 4 (15) Gunbar Way, Kalamunda (DA18/0166)

The City of Kalamunda has received a Development Application for a proposed 10 Grouped Dwelling development at Lot 4 (15) Gunbar Way, Kalamunda.
The following documents have been provided as part of the application:
- Locality Plan
- Site Survey
- Arboricultural Assessment
- Flora, Vegetation and Fauna Assessment
- Proposed Plans
- Waste Management Plan
Alternatively, the documentation can be viewed at the City of Kalamunda Administration Centre located at 2 Railway Road, Kalamunda during office during business hours.
Community Information Evening
Please be advised that the City will be holding a drop-in community information evening.
Date: 25 October 2018 between 5:30pm and 6:30pm.
Location: City’s Administration Centre Function Room, 2 Railway Road, Kalamunda (access from the Railway Road side of the building).
The purpose of the session is for the City’s planning staff to assist the public in interpreting the plans for the proposal that will be on display and answer any questions. These sessions are informal and give the community the opportunity to interact with planning staff on a one-on-one basis.
